The Road Ahead

As we move past the Easter weekend, Pastor Rhiannon took the time to look at what happened after Jesus was resurrected, and how our Faith can at times be like the two men travelling from Jerusalem, walking alongside Jesus, but not recognising Him.

Easter from Thomas' Perspective

There were many that doubted that Jesus was resurrected, and Chris takes a look at Thomas and how Jesus challenged him.

Easter is a chance for us to remember the sacrifice that Jesus made for us, but also to remember the freedom from darkness we now have through the cross.

Jesus had a choice to take up the cross, bear the weight of all sin for us and make all things new.

This is such a powerful reminder for us that the Jesus we worship made this sacrifice for us.

Do you recognise that you are chosen by God? This understanding can change how you view your calling and how you respond to life. 

Jesus has given us keys to standing firm throughout life in our faith, and these keys can be found all throughout the Word of God. If you feel stuck, dig in for yourself and see what God has for you.

Built to Stand

Pastor Chris kicks off a new focus 'Built to Stand' looking at what it means to be the church.

Jesus said in Matthew, that He has come to build His church. The church isn't the building, but it's the people. It's us. 

The scripture goes on to say that the gates of hades will not prevail. We need to stand together as the church and resist the enemy.
