Our lives consist of peaks and valleys - good times and bad times. It is important to make decisions from the peaks, not the valleys. If you find yourself in a valley, or know someone who is, prayer is such a powerful tool to see breakthrough. Prayer consolidates our faith, clarifies our perspective and connects us to spiritual power.

Strong physically, buoyant mentally, and grounded spiritually. If God doesn't control you, then don't let anyone else try and take control of your thoughts, feelings, or decisions. We need to give love more than we need to receive it. Humility doesn't mean thinking less of yourself, it means thinking of yourself less.

The truth is that you're not the only one going through what you're going through. Even bible heroes went through bad seasons of depression, illness and more. Prevention is better than a cure, if you can replace bad habits with positive addictions like regular exersise, healthy food and good sleep, you will find it easier to remain healthy mentally and spiritually.

There is a game changer when it comes to being fit mentally, physically and spiritually - Get rid of fear, receive fresh fire of God, and come out of your wilderness. It is much harder to be effective in what you are called to do if you are burnt out and depleted. Prepare for eternity and pass on the baton to the next generation.

Worry won't empty tomorrow of trouble, it will only remove strength from today. Cast your cares on to God and shift your mindset to focus on the Holy Spirit. Walk with Jesus daily, work with Jesus, and watch God take care of you in every circumstance.

As we conclude our series on Faith, we look at what it means to have faith in motion, and what it looks like to walk and live by faith. Faith is like a wheel in motion, once it has started, it is much harder for anyone to stop it.

Your heart is a faith muscle - forgiveness strengthens it, unforgiveness will paralyse it. Faith is contagious. People will see a difference in your life if you make daily confessions of your faith.
