We have a choice to make as we go about our weeks - we can choose to be involved with social media, the news and other things like that, OR we can choose to be in Christ. Get into the Word of God, listen to worship and engage our Hearts with His heart.

Pastor Chris looks at the book of Exodus and how we can often be stuck looking at the past - What happened or didn't happen, and we forget to look to the future - for all God has in store for us.

 We need to remember to forget about the past. Learn the lessons that those situations had to offer, then move on in expectation of what the future will bring.

Pastor Chris takes a look at the life of David and the importance of Selah - to stop. But also the importance to keep on going - to start again after selah.

David was a leader on the front lines - and this is when he was most impactful. But towards the end of his leadership, he withdrew, he stopped. And this is when his leadership became ineffective. It is important to stop, to take breaks, but it is equally important to start again.
